Refunds
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Services (such as simulator bookings or event entries) are non-refundable after the scheduled date.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at golftulum@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
